Aidan, Kailee & Ashlynn

I have been taking way too much time away from photography.. Life can get in the way, but I vow to be better. After all photography is my passion in life, I enjoy it so much. Not to mention, I received a new camera lens for my birthday present from my parents last weekend : ) Perfect gift! I took these pictures of the cutest kids in the world( only my neices and nephew ) to get back into the swing of things again. The day was hectic, taking pictures of three kids who would much rather be doing anything but taking pictures. They ended up being good for me though..I promised them a surprise when we were done...SILLY STRING! To bad the sun had gone down too much for good pictures of them shooting silly string all over eachother (lol). After dropping the kids off, I went through the photos and was surprised on how many good ones there were. So many in fact, I could not just pic a few for the post so here are quite a few of my favorites for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!

San Francisco

Ray and I planned a trip to San Fran over summer. Ray had never been before, and he has heard me talk about it over the past few years now. We saw a perfect opportunity to go in June when we went to our friends wedding in Sacramento. We thought, why not make a trip of it? We drove up the coast and stayed the night in Monteray Bay the first night. We went to the aquarium and walked the beach for the day before heading up to San Fran. There were many prime photo opportunites and with Ray being my one and only model he had to unwillingly participate. Good pics of him sitting on the train if you ask me? I think he too was happy with how they turned out, after all one is his facebook profile picture so I guess he liked it (lol). We then took off to San Fran, which was amazing as always.. Ray and I had a blast. We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights, but I only took my camera out one day. Too risky to carry a nice camera in San Fran at night, that's for sure. The day I had my camera with me, we luckily took a go kart tour (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)!! I was able to get some great shots on the golden gate bridge. These one's are my favorite, with the geese in the grass. So Beautiful!
